Frantz founded Moreno Property Group in 2008 after a decade closing cross-border deals on the buy side for private clients in São Paulo and Mexico City. He holds a brokerage license in the State of Florida and personally signs every listing the firm represents.
His practice spans waterfront single-family in Coconut Grove and Pinecrest, pre-construction units in Brickell and Edgewater, and discreet sale-side representation for owners who would prefer the listing never reach the open MLS. He works in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, and supports Portuguese and Mandarin speakers through tenured colleagues.
